A discussion forum was organised in the school premises by Mahan Sangha Berhampur on 8 October 2021 to discuss the importance of Entrepreneurship and Industrialization. President of Mahan Sangha Mr Susant Kumar Sabata, General Secretary Mr Prashanta Patra and other important members of Mahan Sangha attended the forum along with the school management, principal, teachers and students. About 40 students of Sankalp Senior Secondary school went on an industrial tour to Ganjam Cashew Cluster and IRE in August 2021. Those students penned down articles on their experiences and take away from the tour and the best 3 articles were awarded in the forum. The articles written by Master Sai Ritwik of class IX, Master V Ashish Raju of class XII and Master Satyajit Prusty of class IX were judged as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. Members of Mahan Sangh distributed participation certificate to all the students who went on the industrial tour.
Mr Susant Kumar Sabata delivered his speech on the benefits of industrialization and encouraged the students to aim on setting up industries and choose entrepreneurship as their career. Many students came forward and expressed their interest for setting industries and creating local employment after completing their studies.
