International Day of Yoga 2022, is celebrated at Sankalp Senior Secondary School, Ralab with spirituality and integrity. Yoga guru Ashok Kumar Sahu from Patanjali Yogpeeth conducted the programme where around 200 students and teachers of the school participated. Students performed pranayama and various asanas like Vajrasana, Vrikshasana, Tadasana etc. under the able guidance of the Yoga guru. NCC Commanding Officer Col Suresh and Admin Officer group HQ Berhampur, Col Shree Krishna joined the celebration and encouraged the students to be fit by practicing Yoga in a regular basis. Chairman Sri E T Rao addressed the gathering and enlightened them about the benefits of Yoga.
Along with the International Day of Yoga, students observed World Music Day and the Summer Solstice.
